The article presents a study on tracking solutions based localization and telecommunication technologies in Industry 4.0 Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) environments oriented Operator 4.0. Nowadays, the smart industry concept is mainly technology-driven solution, which slowly shifting towards value-driven approach. This value human-centricity, sustainability, resilience.
